Djembe Alchemy Community Celebration and Fund Raising Event Friday 11 December
Join us for the fun night to celebrate music, dance, friends and for a great cause.
It’s a celebration of what the students have achieved, also a great finale for the end of the year. We will make it a fund-raising event for a local charity (Hunter Breast Cancer Foundation) with a few local community based, like-minded guest performance groups to participate and contribute. It is to promote connection, community, and diversity in people and culture as well as having fun and meeting some new friends.
Every ticket purchase will receive 5 entries into the prize draw on the night, we will reveal more details closer to the time!
Raffle tickets are also available at the door.
All funds raised through this event will be donated to Hunter Breast Cancer Foundation.

The Program
Starting with Djembe Alchemy Student Drumming Performance, it is always amazing to see how much everyone can achieve and progress in one single term of classes. It will surely impress.
Follows a couple of dance numbers from Shimmering Sands School of Belly Dance – Michaela Tymichova (teacher)
Next, Georgia, the fabulous line dancing teacher from Knokin’ Boots will take the crowd to go through a couple of choreographies and we’ll realise we can all dance!
Djembe Alchemy Ensemble drumming group will perform a small set as finale to wrap up the night.
